3. Game progress and data retention

Game information maintained on your device is not collected by Sampled Music Blog. We have no server-side gameplay records or personal data collected through the app to retain, access, or delete. You can manage locally stored app data through your device’s settings. Device backups are controlled by your device and backup settings.

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. This is information you voluntarily provide outside the app, not data collected by the app.

We use this correspondence to respond to your request and provide support. Our email provider, Proton Mail, processes messages as part of providing email services. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your correspondence by emailing us, subject to any legal retention requirements. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

The app’s no-data-collection practices apply to all users, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Sampled Slots.
